SDS receives an order from CSG for a Major Telecom Operator in Mongolia

Seamless Distribution Systems AB (SDS) has received an order from CSG as part of their digital transformation project for Mongolia's market-leading telecom operator. The total order value is approximately SEK 14.5 million. In addition to expansion into another new market, the order means that SDS will also strengthen its product portfolio.

The order is SDS's first cooperation with CSG and includes delivery of inventory management of physical goods in addition to SDS' market leading voucher distribution solution. CSG is a global provider of customer engagement solutions, and chosen to lead the operator's business transformation initiative. The order also means that SDS strengthens its market-leading portfolio of smart solutions regarding inventory management, field service management and tracking of physical goods.

With the inventory management solution which is part of the Sales Force Optimisation suite of products, SDS customers will have complete control over their entire sales and distribution value chain. By planning, optimizing and tracking the supply, customers will be able to make better informed decisions.

"This is indeed a great event from a strategic perspective. It is our first new customer in Asia after our acquisition of eServGlobal. It is further a deployment of a core part of our Sales Force Optimisation software suite. Finally it's the first joint project with CSG where I see a lot of potential for both parties in reaching new markets" says Tommy Eriksson, CEO of SDS.

"The technical expertise and reliability, customer-centric approach and strong global presence in the digital distribution domain made SDS a natural choice for us to work with. I look forward to strengthening our relationship with them and explore future opportunities to deliver solutions that help our customers with their business transformation initiatives," says Ian Watterson, Senior Vice President & Managing Director of CSG's Asia-Pacific business.

Initial revenues are expected to be recognised during 2020. Subsequently, SDS will, as part of the contract, receive recurring revenues over the following five years.
