Following the earlier announced signed agreement for purchase of all shares and assets of eServGlobal Holding SAS, Seamless Distribution Systems (Seamless) has completed today (July 25th 2019) the acquisition of eServGlobal.

The merger of the companies creates a stronger company and a large focused organisation that has 50 years of combined experience and operational activities in more than 50 countries, in developing, delivering and managing software transactional platforms. All these facts are expected to translate into synergies and lead to increased value for all customers.

First Sales transactions and accelerated cooperation in Ethiopia

SDS and Smart Digital Technology have today in Addis Ababa successfully performed the first digital sales transaction and electronic recharge. The partners reinforce the commitment in the strategic partnership with Ethio Telecom and accelerate the digital services adoption in the sales and distribution channel

Ethiopia has embarked on a comprehensive reform process during the past months and the country presents huge business opportunities in the process of modernization and liberalization of the previously state controlled sectors of telecommunications and banking among others.
